The design for Central will highlight the 150-year-old exposed brick walls, complemented by timber, a central kitchen and bar, and tiered seating.

Works converting the subterranean space are well underway, with Jared Webb of J.AR OFFICE overseeing the design aspect and Lowry Group handling the fit-out for Central.

Designed by Jared Webb of J.AR OFFICE (who also did the recent Gerard’s Bistro refurb) and brought to life by Lowry Group, Central will feature original exposed-rock walls and a raised kitchen surrounded by bar kitchens and partitioned off tables.
